Reporting to the Store Manager and/or District Manager, the supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining an exceptional level of customer service, providing ongoing training and development activities, demonstrating sound personnel and financial management practices, and maintaining a positive, productive, and fun working environment.

Philz Coffee - Shift Leader

The shift leader fulfills supervisory responsibilities and other duties of store management when assigned as the person in charge. The shift leader provides superior customer service by assisting customers and handling all customer transactions in a timely and courteous manner.  Responds to customers complaints/concerns with a sense of urgency to see their resolution. Is fully responsible for store cash and the cash bank. The shift leader is responsible for the store when neither the supervisor nor the manager is present. The shift leader makes sure every employee is doing their job and taking their breaks correctly.
