Philz Coffee Black Friday In-App Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promotion Overview: 

Spend $30 or more in the Philz Coffee mobile app on a single order, Friday, November 29th, 2024, and receive a $5 promotional credit to be used on a future in-app purchase in December 2024.  

Eligibility

  1. This promotion is valid only for orders placed through the Philz Coffee mobile app, on November 29, 2024.  
  2. A single order must meet or exceed $30 (excluding taxes, fees, and tips).  
  3. Customers must have a valid Philz Coffee mobile account and be opted in to receive marketing communications.  
  4. Limited to one promotional credit per customer.  
  5. The promotion excludes orders made through Square, on prepackaged items, gift card purchases, Philz Coffee K-Cups, or delivery services. 

Promotional Credit Details:  

  1. The $5 promotional credit will be automatically applied to the eligible account on the Philz app beginning December 1st, 2024.  
  2. The credit is valid for use from December 1st, 2024, through December 31st, 2024, and will expire if not used by the deadline.  
  3. The promotional credit must be used in a single transaction. Any unused balance will not roll over or be available for future use.  
  4. The promotional credit cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.  
  5. The promotional credit cannot be redeemed on orders made through Square, on prepackaged items, gift card purchases, Philz Coffee K-Cups, or delivery services.

Additional Terms:

  1. The promotional credit is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.  
  2. Refunds or cancellations that bring the qualifying order total below $30 will disqualify the customer from receiving the promotional credit.  
  3. Philz Coffee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.  
  4. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
