2024 Cyber Monday T&Cs - Philz Coffee

Promotion Overview: 

Spend $60 or more online at philzcoffee.com on a single order, on Monday, December 2nd, 2024, and receive a $10 promotional credit to be used on a future online purchase December 3rd-31st, 2024.  

Eligibility

1. This promotion is valid only for orders placed at philzcoffee.com, from 12am EST to 11:59pm EST on December 2nd, 2024.
2. A single order must meet or exceed $60 (excluding taxes and shipping).  
3. Customers must have a valid philzcoffee.com account and be opted in to receive marketing communications.  
4. Limited to one promotional credit per customer.  
5. The promotion excludes wholesale, subscription, and gift card orders.

Promotional Credit Details:  

1. The $10 promotional credit will be automatically applied to the eligible philzcoffee.com account from 12:00am EST December 3rd, 2024 through 11:59pm EST December 31st, 2024.
2. The credit is will expire if not used by 11:59pm EST on December 31st, 2024.  
3. The promotional credit must be used in a single transaction. Any unused balance will not roll over or be available for future use.  
4. The promotional credit cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.  
5. The promotional credit cannot be redeemed on tax, shipping, Philz Coffee K-Cups, gift cards, subscriptions, or wholesale orders. 

Additional Terms:

1. The promotional credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.  
2. Refunds or cancellations that bring the qualifying order total below $60 will disqualify the customer from receiving the promotional credit.  
3. Philz Coffee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.  
4. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
