Philz Coffee: National Coffee Day Instagram Sweepstakes

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Directors, officers, members, managers, and employees of Philz Coffee, Inc [“Sponsor”] or Instagram, Inc., and any of their respective parent companies, affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional, public relations, and fulfillment agencies, consultants, legal counsel, website providers, webmasters, and immediate family members (spouses, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and “step” child, wherever they may live) of each are not eligible to win any prize. If you do not meet any of these requirements, or any other eligibility requirements in these official rules, you are not eligible to win a prize. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by Sponsor in the manner and format designated below. Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, instagram, inc. 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:01 a.m. (PT) on Monday, September 22nd, 2025 and ends at 5:00 p.m. (PT) on Monday, September 29, 2025. All entries must be received during this Sweepstakes Period and meet the entry requirements below. 

HOW TO ENTER: Instagram Method of Entry: (i) Join or log into Instagram (joining Instagram is free); (ii)  Post an Instagram Story or Feed Post tagging @PhilzCoffee with #HowIPhilz and your Philz drink order.

DRAWING: Sixteen (16) prize winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. The random drawing shall be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes. The winner will be notified through social media within 7 business days of the drawing. If the winner fails to respond within 48 hours the prize will be forfeited and a new winner drawn. 

PRIZE: Odds are based on the number of eligible entries received. Prize is advertised on @philzcoffee Instagram and is subject to change.

• 1 Grand Prize: One year of free coffee ($1,170)
• 3 coffees a week x 52 weeks = 156 beverages 
• 5 Secondary Prizes: One month of free coffee ($450)
• 3 coffees a week x 4 weeks = 12 beverages ($90.each)
• 10 Tertiary Prizes: One week of free coffee ($225.00)
• 3 coffees x 10 winners

Prize Details:

All prizes will be redeemable only through the Philz mobile app. Rewards are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value and are not eligible to combine with other promotions.

• Promo associated with an email, and can only be redeemed through the Philz mobile app. 
• 3 drinks per week
• Promo automatically applies to the first 3 drinks ordered
• Resets weekly on Tuesday. Unused rewards will not rollover.
• 1 Week Free Coffee
• 3 coffees in 1 week
• Promo associated with an email, and can only be redeemed through the Philz mobile app
• Promo automatically applies to the first 3 drinks ordered

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless Philz Coffee, its licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Philz Coffee is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the web site. Philz Coffee is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Philz Coffee, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Philz Coffee reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes for any drawing(s) and select the winner from Internet entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken.
