May 8th Update - Online Ordering Update
We are delighted to share that our roasting facility is back in action, and we're accepting online orders again! We thank you for your continued patience as our team works diligently to restore the remainder of our paused services. In addition to online ordering, more blends will be available in stores in the coming days, and online subscription services are planned to resume the week of May 15th.
May 04, 2023- Gift Cards and Merchandise Are Now Available
Starting May 4, we are thrilled to announce that our gift cards and merchandise will again be available for purchase online. We are working hard to restock our inventory. Coffee and subscription services will follow shortly. We will keep you updated on the exact dates for each phase as we move forward.

April 21, 2023 - Roasting Plant Progress
We are thrilled to let you know that we have been granted access back into our facility, and our team is working around the clock to replenish our inventory as soon as possible. While we wish this process could happen overnight, it will take us some time to be fully operational.
We are still offering our limited menu in stores, but you will see more blends become available in the coming weeks as we ramp back up. We will make online ordering available to you shortly after. Although we don't have exact dates for when each phase will happen, we will keep you updated on our progress every step of the way.

March 16, 2023 - Roasting Plant Update
In the early morning hours of March 10th, we were informed that the roof at an adjacent building to our roasting facility caved in due to storm damage. Fortunately, our team was not on-site and no Philz Coffee employees were injured. For the safety of our team, our roasting facility has ceased operations as we work with authorities to assess the situation.
We are incredibly grateful for our team and our greater coffee community, who have worked tirelessly to mitigate the impact to our customers. However, at this time, we have temporarily suspended online ordering on philzcoffee.com.
