Subscription FAQ

Do you offer prepaid subscriptions?

We do not offer prepaid subscriptions but you can sign up and cancel anytime.

When will the first subscription order ship?

Your first subscription will ship 3-5 business days after you sign up.

How can I use a gift card to pay for my subscription?

You can use a gift card to start a subscription but you will need to update your payment method after your first order. If you still have a balance on your gift card and want to apply it to future subscription shipments, please email [email protected]

How to update the payment method on your subscription:

  1. Log into your account at philzcoffee.com
  2. On mobile devices: Select the 3 bars on the top left corner and then select “My Account”
    On desktop devices: In the top right corner select "Hi Dave!" and then select "My Account"
  3. Select “Payment” and add the card.
  4. Next, select “Subscriptions”, then “Manage Subscription”
  5. On the right hand side you will see your payment information, select "Change" 
  6. Select your updated payment option and you're all set!

How do I update my subscription?

 To update the subscription follow these easy steps:

  1. Log into your account at philzcoffee.com
  2. On mobile devices: Select the 3 bars on the top left corner and then select “My Account” On desktop devices: In the top right corner select "Hi Dave!" and then select "My Account"
  3. Select “Subscriptions”, then “Manage Subscription”
  4. Then make any changes to your subscription
  5. Update quantity, grind or frequency, skip a delivery or cancel subscription, update payment or shipping

How do I update my shipping address for my subscription?

To update your shipping address, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account at philzcoffee.com
  2. On mobile devices: Select the 3 bars on the top left corner and then select “My Account”
    On desktop devices: In the top right corner select "Hi Dave!" and then select "My Account"
  3. Select "Addresses" and upload your new shipping address
  4. Now go to "Subscriptions" and select "Manage Subscriptioin"
  5. On the right hand side you will see your shipping address, select "Change"
  6. Select your updated shipping address and you're all set! Email [email protected] if you need assistance.

Can I skip a delivery? Yes, you can skip a delivery! 

  1. Log into your account at philzcoffee.com
  2. On mobile devices: Select the 3 bars on the top left corner and then select “My Account”
    On desktop devices: In the top right corner select "Hi Dave!" and then select "My Account"
  3. Select "Subscriptions", then select "Skip Next Delivery" and confirm
  4. Select “Subscriptions”, then select "Skip Next Delivery" and confirm
  5. The ”Skip Next Delivery” button will be “unavailable” for one of two reasons:
    • a. On the very day your subscription is being processed for shipping. (It will be available again the next day)
      b. After you’ve selected it, it will be available again only after your “skipped delivery date” has past.

Can I add a one-time order to my next subscription delivery?

Yes!  You can add additional items to your ongoing subscription, and they will ship out with your next subscription order.

Here are the steps to add a one-time purchase to your subscription.

  1. Log into your account at philzcoffee.com
  2. On mobile devices: Select the 3 bars on the top left corner and then select “My Account”
  3. On desktop devices: In the top right corner select "Hi Dave!" and then select "My Account"
  4. Select “Subscriptions”, then “Manage Subscription”
  5. Select "Add One-Time Purchase" and add desired items.

How can I qualify for free shipping with my subscription?

Subscriptions are free if:

You subscribe to two (2) or more bags.

All bags are on the same delivery frequency. You can choose to have orders delivered every 1, 2 , 3 , 4, 6, or 8 week(s).

USPS is the carrier.

Why did I not receive a discount?

Additional discounts can not be applied to subscription orders that qualify for free shipping.

How do I cancel a subscription? 

Here is how to cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your account at philzcoffee.com
  2. In the top right corner click "Hi Dave!"" and then select "My Account"
  3. Select Subscriptions 
  4. On the right side you will see "Want to cancel"
  5. Select and confirm cancellation
