Do you offer prepaid subscriptions?
We do not offer prepaid subscriptions but you can sign up and cancel anytime.
When will the first subscription order ship?
Your first subscription will ship 3-5 business days after you sign up.
How can I use a gift card to pay for my subscription?
You can use a gift card to start a subscription but you will need to update your payment method after your first order. If you still have a balance on your gift card and want to apply it to future subscription shipments, please email info@philzcoffee.com.
How to update the payment method on your subscription:
- Log into your account at philzcoffee.com
- In the top right corner click "Hi Dave!" and then select "My Account"
- Click “Credit Cards” and add the card.
- Next, click on Subscriptions > Action > Edit to update the preferred payment information for your active item(s).
How do I update my subscription?
Here are the steps to view and update your subscription. You are able to make updates to your subscription three (3) days before your process date
To update the subscription follow these easy steps:
- Log into your account at philzcoffee.com
- In the top right corner click "Hi Dave!" and then select "My Account"
- Select Subscriptions > More Details
- Then make any changes to your subscription
- Update quantity, grind or frequency, skip a delivery or cancel subscription, update payment or shipping

How do I update my shipping address for my subscription?
To update your shipping address, follow these steps:
- Log into your account at philzcoffee.com
- In the top right corner click "Hi Dave!" and then select "My Account"
- Click on "Addresses" and upload your new shipping address
- Now go to "Subscriptions" and select "More Details"
- On the right hand side you will see your shipping address, select "Change"
- Select your updated shipping address and you're all set! Email info@philzcoffee.com if you need assistance.
Can I skip a delivery? Yes, you can skip a delivery!
- Log into your account at philzcoffee.com
- In the top right corner click "Hi Dave!" and then select "My Account"
- Select Subscriptions > select "Skip Next Delivery" and confirm
Can I add a one-time order to my next subscription delivery?
Unfortunately, you cannot add one time orders to your existing subscription. To place a one time delivery, log into your account and place the order.
How can I qualify for free shipping with my subscription?
Subscriptions are free if:
You subscribe to two (2) or more bags.
All bags are on the same delivery frequency. You can choose to have orders delivered every 1, 2 , 3 , 4, 6, or 8 week(s).
USPS is the carrier.
Why did I not receive a discount?
Additional discounts can not be applied to subscription orders that qualify for free shipping.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Here is how to cancel your subscription:
- Log into your account at philzcoffee.com
- In the top right corner click "Hi Dave!"" and then select "My Account"
- Select Subscriptions
- On the right side you will see "Want to cancel"
- Select and confirm cancellation
